Quality Technician

We're looking for a Quality Technician with a focus on Chemistry to play a vital role in maintaining process chemistry, supporting production operations, and ensuring our customers receive a high-qualoty product everytime.

The Quality Technician will report to 1st shift (Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm). The hourly rate of pay will be dependent on experience but ranging from $22.00 to $26.00.

• Monitor and maintain process chemistry in accordance with established control plans and operating requirements.
• Perform and document laboratory chemical testing and interpret results to ensure process stability.
• Execute chemical additions and process adjustments to maintain optimal tank performance and product quality.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, chemical storage areas, and work spaces in a clean, organized, and audit-ready condition.
• Review customer specifications, quality standards, and finishing requirements to ensure accurate processing.
• Develop, select, and enter processing programs and work instructions within D365.
• Partner with production teams to troubleshoot process and quality concerns.
• Assists with the evaluation, testing, and disposition of nonconforming and rework material.
• Support investigation and resolution customer quality concerns, including corrective action acitivites.
• Participate in customer meetings, conference calls, and plant visits as needed.
• Review and certify product documentation to ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, process performance, and operational excellence.
