Assistant Manager – Holiday Station stores

Location: 1433 Commercial Blvd., Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin 54729.
Shift Availability: Flexible.
Job Type: Store Manager Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

You will assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Station Store operations. You’ll help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising. You will maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to our customers. Provide regular, predictable onsite attendance.

Our food program has set the bar high, and you’ll be executing it. You care about your customers, set an example for staff, and display urgency, patience, and leadership.

Physical Requirements
  • Stand and/or walk up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
  • Manipulate objects with hands; may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials
