To provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer and assist store leadership in performing daily operations and objectives of the store.

• Provide exceptional sales assistance and customer service by acknowledging all customers and being attentive to shopper’s needs.
• Stock merchandise and maintain inventory levels in accordance with store processes and procedures.
• Price and label products in accordance with store processes and procedures.
• Price and process products from Shipping/Returns Department.
• Keyholder duties – closing procedure during weeknight.
• Price and labeling of CLOSEOUT section in backroom.
• Ensure fast and accurate service during customer shopping and check‑out process.
• Perform general store maintenance and cleaning as assigned.

• Assist in large event sales, including the bi‑annual Mason Tent Sale, Black Friday and Small Business Saturday.
• Assist in performing annual inventory in accordance with store processes and procedures.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of progressively responsible retail experience required.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Merchandising experience desired (Floor/Window Displays).

• Outgoing, friendly, positive and customer‑focused.
• Ability to commit to scheduled work hours with a reliable mode of transportation.
• Self‑motivated with a strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels, both inside and outside of the organization.
