Job Skills / RequirementsPay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekend Availability: Must be available on-call for weekends, as this is a supervisory position.
- Conduct hourly security rounds throughout the assigned facility.
- Closely monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
- Verify identification and check in guests, employees, contractors, and other visitors at the main entrance.
- Communicate professionally and appropriately with internal employees.
- Escort verified guests when necessary.
- Enforce all rules and regulations established by the client and applicable state requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional, presentable, and polite demeanor.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests entering the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings.
- Ability to understand, communicate, and enforce rules and regulations.
- Ability to walk, sit, and stand for varying periods of time.
- Basic computer skills.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
