We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our innovative construction team. The role is full‑time and requires travel within the regional area of Chippewa Falls, WI.

• Analyze malfunctions and diagnose repairs.
• Repair and maintain asphalt and aggregate equipment.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
• Experience in all phases of heavy construction equipment repair preferred.
• Physically fit to stand, squat, bend, lift, and walk for long periods.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to listen and take direction.
• Team‑player mindset and willingness to train less experienced employees.

• Starting wage $28‑$40/hour plus overtime depending on experience.
