Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Design Engineer to join the Mechanical Design group within the Engineering Office s position will play a crucial role in helping us push for podiums and race wins. • Contribute to detailed design specifications from cradle to grave, defining and supporting component or system validation, servicing and utilisation, and resolving any issues as they arise.
• Support and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to: concept design and scheming components, detailing machined parts, patterns, molds and specifying laminates, extending to the necessary component jigs and build tooling.

• Degree level or equivalent in Engineering; solid foundation in engineering first principles.
• Previous experience, ideally within F1 or another high-level motor sport, is preferred.
• CAD experience with Catia V5/3DX is ideal; training available if NX or similar is your expertise.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and a pragmatic decision-maker capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Creative, innovative, and consistent approach to problem-solving.
