Responsibilities- Understanding the risks a customer can face and how our products and services can support them
- Assessing what could go wrong for a customer and how we make sure we charge them the right amount to ensure we have enough funds available to support them when they need us
- Reviewing what kinds of situations need to be covered and making sure our policy is worded to provide the right protection
- Building relationships and developing your negotiation skills to work more effectively with our customers and partners
- Working with experienced underwriters who will support you and help you navigate a dynamic and rapidly changing insurance market
- Analysing and underwriting new and renewal business, interacting with Brokers to support their customers and working as part of a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment
In this role communication and quick learning is key, and you will experience working for a global, truly people‑centric organisation.
- Learn how to manage business relationships, determine and evaluate their insurance requirements, and identify opportunities to enhance their insurance programmes
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the insurance market and the various products and services
- Understand the importance of being proactive in developing relationships and networks required to be successful while achieving business objectives and making sure the customers' needs are met

- Build relationships with key stakeholders to support our customers and broker needs
- Work with and learn from an experienced team who will support you through your journey

- A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 including Maths and English
