Near Chipping Norton (own transport required).

06:00 – 14:30 (30‑minute unpaid break).

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing operation on an early shift basis.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be on your feet throughout the shift, working as part of a team to keep production running smoothly.

• Working on a fast‑paced production line.
• Handling products and materials (up to 16kg).
• Supporting different areas of production as required.
• Maintaining quality standards and efficiency.
• Keeping your work area clean and organised.

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work.
