The Opportunity

A well-established and growing manufacturing business is seeking Production & Packing Operatives to join its operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced production environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products to a diverse customer base. The role offers structured training, clear progression pathways, and the chance to develop a wide range of operational skills.

The Role

Working as part of the production and operations team, you will be responsible for operating machinery across packing, mixing, and labelling processes, ensuring products are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate production and packing machinery safely and efficiently

· Ensure products are packed, labelled, and prepared in line with quality standards

· Monitor production output and report any issues, downtime, or defects

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety

· Complete production documentation and reports accurately

· Support stock checks and ensure materials are correctly managed

· Carry out basic quality checks and testing where required

· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production updates

· Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies

About You

· Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or FMCG environment is desirable

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn

· Basic understanding of food safety or hygiene standards (training provided if required)
