Location: Enstone
Alpine Racing Limited is seeking an experienced Deputy Cell Lead to join the Laminating Cell on the night shift on an initial 18 month fixed term contract. You will work alongside the Cell Lead to drive output, quality and performance of the laminating team, mentoring technicians and coordinating workloads to hit race‑ready deadlines.
The role requires strong technical laminating expertise, leadership, and the ability to make quick decisions in a high‑paced motor sport environment.
