Our long established Enstone based client are recruiting for a temporary Production Operative to support their busy plastic injection moulding manufacturing site. Working as part of a team across different units within the production, you will have the opportunity to multi-skill and get training in all areas of their production operation within an exciting plastic injection moulding industry.

• Assisting in loading plastic injection moulding machines with material, ensuring smooth operation, and offloading and putting away goods on pallets.
• Contributing to the production of high quality products.
• Operating various machinery.
• Following Health and Safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

• Previous production experience desirable but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while understanding team responsibilities.
• Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Due to the remote location of our client, own transport is essential.
