5-Axis Machinist

We are currently seeking an experienced 5‑axis CNC machinist to join a high‑performance F1 team. This role is ideal for a skilled 5‑axis machinist who will craft high‑precision components that power F1 race cars to victory. You will work on cutting‑edge parts in a fast‑paced, precision‑driven environment.

Shift: Tuesday–Friday, 07:00–17:30. Worksite is 100% on‑site in Enstone, Oxfordshire.

• Operate and program 5‑axis CNC machines using Heidenhain controls.
• Machine complex components to tight tolerances.
• Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to produce precision parts.
• Perform in‑process inspections and ensure components meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with design and quality teams to resolve machining challenges.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with F1 standards.

• Proven experience as a 5‑axis CNC machinist, ideally in motor sport, aerospace, or high‑precision engineering.
• Strong proficiency with Heidenhain software and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work shifts and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK; this role does not offer sponsorship.
