Production Operative

We're recruiting a Production Operator (timber) on behalf of a well-established timber manufacturing business in Enstone. You'll join a skilled, supportive production team, fabricating timber roof trusses to specification in a well-organised manufacturing environment.

What you'll do:
Fabricate and assemble timber roof trusses to specification
Operate production machinery and hand tools safely
Read and follow production drawings
Carry out quality checks on finished products
Keep your work area clean, tidy and safe
Support general manufacturing duties as required

What you'll bring:
Experience in manufacturing, construction, woodworking or a similar production environment is an advantage, though not essential
Good practical skills and a strong attention to detail
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
A solid commitment to health and safety

What's on offer:
£12.71 per hour
Monday to Thursday 7.00am to 3.30pm, Friday 7.00am to 3.00pm (39.5 hours a week)
Immediate start available
Full training provided
