As a Front of Store Volunteer, you’ll be the friendly face of our shop, ensuring every visitor feels valued and appreciated. Your role is vital in enhancing the customer experience and supporting our mission to raise essential funds for pets in need.

In this role, you’ll greet and assist shoppers as they enter the store, provide a warm first impression, help customers find products, answer their questions, and offer excellent service throughout their visit. You will also maintain the store’s appearance by keeping the shop floor clean, tidy, and well‑organised, and assist in setting up eye‑catching product displays.

Your involvement includes supporting store operations such as restocking shelves and ensuring the shop always looks its best. Your positive attitude and dedication will contribute to a pleasant shopping atmosphere and help the store run smoothly.
