GTM Mid-Senior Level

You are early in your career and want to build it inside a fast-moving technology company. You understand enterprise sales, you are hungry, and you want to work with accelerators that actually deliver results — not a product that takes 18 months to implement.

• Outbound prospecting across your assigned regions — Linked In, email, phone, events
• Qualify leads and hand to senior sales once engagement criteria are met
• Manage your own pipeline in CRM from first contact to qualified opportunity
• Represent ACE MATES at industry events and online in your assigned market
• Work closely with Amit to learn the full sales motion and accelerator positioning

• 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
• Strong written and verbal communication — English required, additional languages a strong plus
• Comfort with outbound prospecting — you are not waiting for inbound
• Curiosity about AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation — you do not need to be technical
• Self-directed — you manage your time and your pipeline without hand-holding

• Experience selling into enterprise accounts in your target region
• Knowledge of NIS2, GDPR, or EU AI Act
• Swedish, German, Arabic, or Hindi language skills
