Our client, a leading independent Sales and Lettings agency, is seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator who wants to develop their estate agency career.

This role would suit a confident individual with proven sales ability, some previous estate agency experience, strong communication skills and who is smart, articulate and engaging!

• Competitive basic salary with OTE circa £40,000

• Independent estate agency specialising in village, country, period and equestrian properties
• Over 30 years’ experience across North Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds and surrounding counties
• Provides residential sales, lettings, property management and commercial property services

• Driving property sales and achieving targets
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Booking and attending viewings
• Managing negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Completing administrative and compliance requirements accurately

• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Professional telephone manner and communication skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and proactive
• Smart, well-presented, and articulate
• Knowledge of Chipping Norton and surrounding area desirable
• Full UK driving licence and own car required
