Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Operator, Construction Labor ​/ Trades

Position: 360 Operator
Fraser Edwards are currently working with an engineering construction company providing water treatment works.

Due to continued growth, our client is recruiting for an experienced 360 Operator to undertake works on a long term contract.

The Job:

Works will be undertaken on a water treatment site.

* Excavate trenches for water, sewer, and drainage pipelines, ensuring correct depth, gradient, and alignment.

* Operate 360 excavator safely for digging, grading, and back filling.

* Excavate trenches for drainage, pipework, and tanks to required levels.

* Load/unload materials and move spoil safely around site.

* Use various attachments (buckets, breakers, compactors, lifting hooks).

* Work carefully around live services and confined areas.

* Support installation of pipes, chambers, and concrete structures.

* Conduct daily machine checks and report defects.

* Follow site RAMS, permits to dig, and environmental controls.

* Communicate with site supervisors and banksmen for safe operations.

* Maintain plant cleanliness and prevent contamination on site.

Candidate Requirements:

* Full UK driver’s licence

* 2+ years’ experience as a 360 Operative

* Able to work to deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

* Good communication and customer service skills
