The Services required are set out as follows (list not exhaustive):
- Provide support to teachers for Science / CCA Robotics:
- a) Prepare the items for science experiment / Lab and Robotics classes and competition
- b) Sorting and keeping equipment after class and maintain cleanliness, stock taking, etc.
- Perform data entry, checking and consolidation of documents.
- Handle general administrative duties to support office operations:
- a) Attending to School General Office front-desk duties
- b) Handling telephone calls and walk-in enquiries
- c) Attending to / assisting unwell students
- d) Assist in other general admin duties when assigned
- The Person nel is to endorse on the Official Secret Acts when handling classified information / documents.
- Performs any tasks as assigned by the School Leaders and Admin Manager
