ICT & Media Personnel

1. Training & Instruction

Conduct workshops for staff on software applications

Support teachers and prepare students with ICT skills

Train students in photo/video editing and support media competitions

Work with Media Club for school/CCA events

2. Media Production

Photograph and film key school events, including editing

Create instructional videos and content for departments

All produced content will be school-owned

3. Technical Support

Provide support for MS Teams/Google Meet

Check and maintain projectors and AV systems

Troubleshoot software/hardware issues

Train student representatives in basic AV operations

4. Administration & Maintenance

Update school ICT portal and digital signage

Manage equipment loans and assist in asset stock-takes

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere Pro) or equivalent (e.g., Canva)

Skilled in Google Suite & MS Office 2016/365

Knowledge of syntax/block-based programming (preferred)

Strong instructional and communication skills

Minimum 3 years experience as ICT/AV personnel (school experience preferred)

Skilled in DSLR photography/videography and post-processing

Familiar with Chrome OS (Chromebooks) and iOS (iPads)

Duration/

Working hours:

12 months contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

Mon to Thurs: 7.30am to 4.30pm

Fri: 7.30am to 4pm
