This position is responsible for the operational on‑site supervision and ongoing support of the clinic staff. It includes overseeing all aspects of clinic operations—front desk, health access, benefits eligibility, medical, lab, x‑ray, specialty referrals, etc. The Clinic Manager trains staff, provides daily guidance, and assists them in developing their full potential. Manager will ensure customer satisfaction through proper staff training, adherence to company culture and policy, and quality control.

• Coach clinic staff
• Grow staff into leadership roles
• Complete performance evaluations and discussions
• Verify payroll
• Schedule clinic staff to ensure all shifts are adequately covered
• Maintain medical, lab, and office inventory/supplies
• Attend monthly Ops Meetings and weekly GGOB meetings
• Hold weekly clinic GGOB meetings and monthly clinic staff meetings
• Manage clinic funds
• Monitor all queues in EMR to ensure corrections are being made
• Maintain laboratory quality control
• Handle on‑call duties
