CARE Express is hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for a fast-paced urgent care setting where excellent care and a great team culture go hand in hand. We are currently accepting applications for PRN and part-time positions. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency room settings and must be available to work weekday shifts.

• Provide medical care to patients of all ages, including conducting patient histories and exams, ordering and interpreting lab testing, performing simple procedures, and prescribing medications according to current standards of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and consistently demonstrate professionalism.
• Follow established infection control procedures and safety protocols, especially when handling sharps and body fluids.
• Adhere to clinic protocols to help create a customer friendly environment that reflects best practices in medicine.
• Step into a leadership role by supervising and guiding medical staff with a focus on teaching and mentorship when protocols are not in place.
• Flexibility to cross-train in various tasks and occasionally assist outside normal scope of practice to meet clinic needs.
• Observe, identify, and act on opportunities that move the organization forward while representing our mission, values, and vision.
• Perform other duties as needed.
