Join Our Team! – Full-Time APRN or Physician Assistant

We’re looking for a dedicated APRN or Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-centered family practice clinic in Choctaw, Oklahoma

As a key member of our care team, your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and treating new and established patients in a clinic setting
• Taking detailed medical histories and creating individualized care plans
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic labs and imaging
• Prescribing medications and ensuring accurate, timely documentation
• Collaborating with physicians and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends or major holidays!)

• Active APRN or Physician Assistant license in the State of Oklahoma
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (Epic preferred)
• A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a patient-first mindset
• A team player who thrives in a busy clinical setting
