Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain product knowledge and merchandising standards.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Assist with stocking, displays, and merchandise rotation.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions.
- Assist with store upkeep, including cleaning and setup.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic cash handling and mathematical skills.
- Ability to follow planograms and presentation guides.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 lbs.
- Fast-paced environment with moderate noise.
- Exposure to scents, weather, and cleaning solutions.
