Our Equipment & Ancillaries Team provides a global service, sourcing and supplying medical and laboratory equipment to support clinical trials worldwide.

• Track and expedite all shipments daily, resolving any delays with carriers, freight forwarders and customs.
• Communicate with key stakeholders, providing updates on delays and requesting information to expedite shipments.
• Update the system with all tracking details and save proof of delivery for future reference.
• Produce accurate and timely reports to support customer and business needs.
• Carry out invoice verification for all shipments, ensuring the invoice value matches the standard or the cost quoted.
• Maintain an accurate electronic and manual filing system for all dispatch documentation in line with HMRC audit requirements.
• Manage shared mailboxes, ensuring timely and accurate responses and proper filing.
• Provide general administrative support to the Distribution & Warehousing Team and complete other ad‑hoc duties as required.
