will you make an impact & Requirement Role Mission

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and account management teams by ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, invoicing, and sales administration activities. You will act as a central point of coordination between customers and internal departments, helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience and ensuring customer requirements are met right first time, every time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems and databases
  • Manage the end-to-end sales administration process, ensuring customer requests are handled promptly and professionally
  • Generate and process invoices, credit notes, and other sales documentation in a timely manner
  • Support the account management team with administrative activities to ensure seamless customer service and project delivery
  • Monitor and expedite customer orders and backorders, proactively following up on outstanding actions and communicating updates
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries relating to orders, invoicing discrepancies, and service requests
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate customer and order records within company systems
  • Ensure high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail across all sales administration activities
  • Build positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support an exceptional customer experience
  • Prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and service levels

Essential skills and experience
  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, sales administration, customer relationship, or order processing role
  • Strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering a positive customer experience
  • Experience processing orders, managing customer requests, or supporting account management activities
  • Good understanding of invoicing processes, including invoices, credit notes, and customer billing requirements
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, including working with spreadsheets, formulas, and data management
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across multiple departments
  • Ability to manage workload under pressure and respond to changing priorities with a sense of urgency
