A growing Northern Quantity Surveying Consultancy is looking to appoint a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen and expand their team in Chorley.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors RoleThe successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering high-profile projects across the healthcare, education, and commercial sectors, taking a lead role in managing projects while providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take a lead role in managing project budgets, costs, and forecasts, working closely with clients to provide accurate financial reporting, strategic cost advice, and effective commercial management.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor- Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
- MRICS or working towards
- Previous experience within a UK PQS
- Ideally experience within the commercial / Industrial sector
- Strong Pre and Post Contract knowledge
- £60,000 - £70,000
- 25 days holiday + Bank holiday
