Your new companyA well-established North West contractor with a strong reputation in the mechanical and electrical building services sector is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support its continued growth.

Your new role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for a range of M&E projects from pre-construction through to final account. Duties will include:
Managing project costs and commercial performance
Producing valuations, variations and final accounts
Subcontract procurement and management
Cost forecasting and reporting
Identifying commercial risks and opportunities
Supporting operational teams to maximise project profitability
Building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, M&E, building services or a related sector
Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Ambitious and motivated approach to career development
Full UK driving licence
