We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor for a reputable dealership located in Chorley. Regular working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with alternate Saturdays Duties of the Service Advisor role encompass:

Acting as the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding customer service
Managing all paperwork related to vehicle servicing and repairs efficiently
Keeping customers informed regarding the status of their vehicle’s work
Processing payments accurately and handling follow-up actions
Maintaining a well-organised and professional service department
Communicating effectively with both customers and the workshop team to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

Previous experience within the motor trade or as a Service Advisor
No specific formal qualifications required but computer literacy is essential
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong customer-focused approach and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
