• Providing an exceptional patient journey both in person and over the phone.
• Managing the diaries and ensuring time is filled efficiently.
• Working with the team to understand the full range of NHS and Private treatment options available within the practice.
• Completing relevant forms for NHS and private schemes within a specified timescale.
• Taking payments and chasing outstanding patient debt.
• Liaising with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations.

• Ability to easily build rapport and deliver a high level of customer service.
• Passion to learn and become knowledgeable about treatment options within the dental sector.
• Desire to contribute to the practice’s success by seizing opportunities.
• Ability to follow processes and work in a structured and organised way.
• Comfortable working toward practice KPIs (call answer rate, data capture, rebooking).
• IT skills with the ability to learn SOE software.
• Positive, resilient, and composed under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Strong team player mindset.
