Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established multidisciplined developer who provide a wide range of expertise to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for a talented and proactive Architectural Technician to join their team in Chorley.

- Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
- Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
- Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
- Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
- Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
- Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Experience managing projects within the residential sector
- Excellent technical and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Chorley area
