Position: Progress Mentor (Procurement & Supply Chain Apprenticeships)

Progress Mentor (Procurement & Supply Chain Apprenticeships)

Location: Remote (occasional travel may be required)

Salary: £26, (dependent on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (early finish Fridays)

Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Progress Mentor you’ll work closely with apprentices to keep them on track, motivated, and confident in their development. Your time will be split between conducting regular learner reviews.

This is a hybrid role and is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding learners and making a tangible impact every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Progress Reviews with learners every 8-10 weeks to monitor development
  • Support learners with one-to-one coaching and exam preparation
  • Provide pastoral support, advice and encouragement throughout the learner journey
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for internal tracking and compliance
  • Liaise with Account Managers and employers to support overall learner experience
What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • A supportive, approachable nature and the ability to motivate learners
  • A proactive, flexible approach and strong attention to detail
Desirable (but not essential):
  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with apprenticeship standards
  • Confidence using systems to manage learner progress
