Management Accountant Permanent £50,000 - £55,000 Hybrid - 2-3 days office Ready to step into a role where you can make an impact from day one? This is a brilliant opportunity for a newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant to join a dynamic organisation who has excellent growth trajectory. What You'll Do:
You'll take ownership of month-end , drive budgeting and forecasting , deliver sharp financial analysis , and work closely with budget holders across the business. If you're eager to build commercial experience and grow fast, this role will keep you challenged and progressing. Key Highlights Monthly management accounts Journals, accruals, prepayments & depreciation Budgets, forecasts & modelling KPI & variance analysis Labour cost analysis (bonus!)
Dashboard reporting & financial insights What You Bring ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification Strong management accounting skills Advanced Excel Confidence, curiosity and great communication Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment If you're newly qualified and ready to take on a role with visibility, responsibility and momentum, this is the perfect next step.
