The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business while assisting with the production of accurate and timely management accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised finance professional with at least five years' experience in a similar role.Your new role

• Perform daily banking transactions and complete accurate bank reconciliations.
• Maintain and update the daily cash flow forecast.
• Prepare and process weekly and monthly supplier payment runs.
• Manage and reconcile the company petty cash.
• Administer company credit cards, including monitoring balances, reconciling expenditure, and ensuring appropriate credit limits are maintained.
• Raise and process customer sales invoices accurately and promptly.
• Calculate and process sales commission payments.
• Produce and maintain Work in Progress (WIP) reports and perform associated calculations.
• Complete full trial balance reconciliations at month end.
• Prepare and post month-end journals, including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation.
