The role:

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of the people function and drive real change across the business. Operating in a fast-paced, operational environment, you will work closely with senior leadership to build, embed, and shape a consistent and compliant HR function across multiple locations. This role will suit someone who enjoys hands-on delivery, can operate strategically when required, and is confident influencing at senior level.

The main responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of the HR function. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across all HR matters. Manage and lead on complex employee relations cases. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. Drive improvements across onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Lead recruitment and workforce planning across the business. Support organisational design, structures, and job frameworks.

Deliver a compensation & benefits review to ensure market competitiveness. Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, culture, and retention The successful candidate:
Proven experience in a senior HR role. Strong working knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law is advantageous. Demonstrated experience managing complex ER issues. Experience building or improving HR structures, processes, or functions. What's on offer:
