Key Responsibilities:
Provide application support for critical business systems to business customers. Deploy and configure software applications to meet customer needs, ensuring error-free delivery. Manage customer incidents, problems, and requests within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Respond to customer inquiries regarding the features and capabilities of supported applications. Create both customer-facing and internal documentation, adhering to company standards. Engage in Continual Service Improvement (CSI) activities to enhance service value.
Required
Skills and Experience:
Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-pressure environment. Expereince of deployment of Java applications using Apache Tomcat. Experience in software deployment and configuration.
