The School is seeking a friendly, organised, and hardworking Site Supervisor to support the Headteacher and ensure the smooth running of the school. Responsibilities include caretaking duties, security of the site, health and safety management, premise maintenance, carrying out daily safety checks, opening and locking up, and a small element of cleaning. The role involves a split shift covering openings, closing, and safety checks.

• Conduct daily safety checks and ensure the site is secure.
• Manage health and safety procedures and ensure compliance.
• Maintain premises, including light cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Open the school each day and lock up at the end of the day.
• Carry out routine maintenance and address issues as they arise.

• Flexibility and commitment to working hours.
• Good communication skills.
• Initiative and the ability to work without direct supervision.
• A calm and caring nature.
• A practical and sensible approach to routine school maintenance, observing health and safety protocols.
• Willingness to actively contribute to the life of the school community.

Part‑time, term‑time only – 20 to 25 hours per week, negotiable. Salary is quoted as full‑time equivalent and will be paid pro‑rata.
