Indevor Water represents the realisation of a long‑term exciting plan to expand the Indevor Estates Division and become the latest entry into the New Appointments & Variations (NAV) Market as introduced under the regime within the Water Industry Act (1991).

Indevor Water operates under a specially granted licence by Ofwat, recognising the Group’s unique standing and experience in unadopted infrastructure coupled with our proven long‑term capital investment fund, 125‑year Performance Bond facility and Operations Indemnification Facility.
