Group PA & Office Manager

Are you an ambitious and driven individual looking to advance your career?

Indevor Group, a fast-growing, award-winning start-up, is looking for hard-working and conscientious individuals to join our high-performing team. As we enter the next phase of growth, we are seeking talented candidates to help us scale and deliver innovative solutions to the house-building industry.

We are committed to excellence, high performance, uncompromising standards, and success.

This isn’t a role for someone simply looking to pick up a pay check or even just build a reasonable career. We are looking for people who want to become part of our story, those willing to work hard, embrace challenges, and help us deliver on our ambitious business plan while having fun and making money along the way.

We value energy and attitude over age and experience. No prior sector experience is required; full training will be provided to help you thrive in your role.

This is not for the faint-hearted. But for the right person, it’s one hell of a journey.

Indevor Group is the UK’s leading Multi-Disciplinary Services Provider to the House building, Development and Property Industry. Indevor prides itself on providing innovative solutions to serve our clientele with an underlying, paramount focus on delivering vital ancillary services to assist house builders addressing the shortfall of new homes completions in the United Kingdom.

Our clients include some of the UK’s leading FTSE 100 companies and leading New Homes Warranty Providers including the National House Building Council, where we take pride in delivering solutions that drive real impact.

We’ve built a culture that balances ambition with support. Indevor is a place where people are challenged to achieve their best while being part of a team that celebrates success together. Our commitment to our people has earned us Gold accreditation from Investors in People, Construction News Best Place to Work 2026 Nomination and recognition in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for two consecutive years (2025 and 2026), underlining our belief that high performance and a fantastic workplace go hand in hand.

Indevor is not a place for someone simply looking to pick up a pay cheque or even just build a reasonable career. We are looking for people who want to become part of our evolving story and huge ambitions, want to work hard, embrace challenges, and help us deliver on our mission.
