Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking to lead a service where compassionate, person-centred care is genuinely at the heart of everything? The Role- Provide strong, compassionate leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
- Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, legislation, and best practice standards.
- Lead, develop, and motivate multidisciplinary teams, creating a positive and supportive culture.
- Drive continuous quality improvement through effective governance, audits, and action planning.
- Oversee recruitment, induction, supervision, and performance management of staff.
- Ensure effective management of budgets, resources, and occupancy whilst maintaining exceptional care standards.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, commissioners, and external stakeholders.
- Promote dignity, independence, wellbeing, and individual choice for every person using the service.
- Monitor clinical outcomes, risk management, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
- Champion continuous professional development and embed a culture of excellence across the service.
- Registered Manager experience within an adult care setting.
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Proven ability to lead successful teams and achieve positive inspection outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and service performance.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards if applicable).
- Competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 DOE.
