If you're an experienced operational leader looking for genuine ownership, this Regional Director role gives you accountability for profitable growth, operational performance and client relationships across a significant regional portfolio. You'll have the scope to influence strategy while remaining close enough to operations to see the impact of your decisions.

As Regional Director, you'll translate business priorities into regional plans, balancing growth with commercial control, delivery confidence and workforce capacity. You'll lead senior teams and have clear influence over how the region develops.

• Circa £80,000-£90,000 per annum

You’ll join an established organisation operating across construction, property services and regulated environments.

• Significant senior leadership experience within construction,housing, planned maintenance, property servicesor a related sector.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple contracts, locations or geographical areas.
• Strong experience of P&L ownership, commercial performance, operational risk and delivering profitable growth.

• Own regional P&L performance, budgets, margins, cash management and profitable growth.
• Lead performance across multiple contracts, ensuring safe, compliant and predictable operational delivery.
• Build senior client relationships, supporting account retention, growth and effective resolution of commercial or operational issues.
• Develop regional leadership capability, workforce planning and succession while maintaining effective governance and risk management.
