Locum Practice Nurse Chorley 12 month contract

Dream Medical are working with a modern GP practice in Chorley who are currently looking for a Locum Practice Nurse to join their team.

Ideally the Practice are looking for a Full time locum Practice Nurse to cover Maternity leave on a 12 - 18 month contract.

You would be required to work Monday - Friday. You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants.

Requirements:

Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
Child and adult immunisations
Cervical Cytology
Diabetes
Asthma and COPD monitoring
Family planning
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
Be fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations
