Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Coppull, near Chorley, on a 22-hour per week, 3-month temporary contract with a 2pm–10pm shift and at least one weekend shift. Overtime is available, and there is a 30% colleague discount in store.
You will lead the store team, motivate and coach colleagues, and support tills, merchandising, and daily operations while championing Co-op membership and community engagement.
