As a Retail Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating welcoming, inspiring experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

What you'll be doing Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals. Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.

Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard. Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards. Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience. Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online. Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.

What you'll bring A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer experiences. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable style. Curiosity about health and wellness, with a willingness to learn. The ability to stay organised, work as part of a team and adapt in a busy retail environment.
