• Sourcing new business through research, networking, and outreach
• Driving growth by creating & executing strategic plans to expand clients & market reach
• Cultivating lasting relationships with clients & key decision-makers in target industries
• Preparing & presenting proposals and bids to prospective clients
• Negotiating & closing sales contracts, ensuring profitable outcomes & client satisfaction
• Hitting sales targets to drive long-term growth in recurring cleaning revenue

• A full UK driving license is required
• Experience in business development, ideally within cleaning/facilities management
• Proven sales track record of consistently exceeding targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and networks with clients and key stakeholders
• Self‑motivated with a proactive drive for new business.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

Salary: £37,000 - £42,000.
