Customer Service - Lead Generator – Chorley | Weekly Pay + Bonus,

No Experience Needed (£24.7k base, £33k OTE)

If you can hold a good conversation, you can do this. No insurance experience needed — bring the energy and we’ll teach you the rest. Weekly pay, weekly bonus, and a clear path into a sales career.

This is a way into a career in insurance through the front door — as a Lead Generator with an established Chorley business that’s been going 25+ years. You’ll be on the phones generating warm leads for the sales team. It’s outbound, it’s target-driven, and it’s genuinely rewarding when you hit your numbers.

You don’t need a sales or insurance background. If you’ve worked in a call centre, retail, hospitality or any customer-facing role and you’re ready for more structure and better earnings, this is built for you.

What you’ll be doing

* Making outbound calls to generate warm, qualified leads

* Qualifying customers and booking appointments for the sales team

* Hitting daily and weekly targets — and getting paid bonus for it

* Keeping clean, accurate records of your calls

* Is a confident communicator and enjoys talking to people

* Likes hitting targets and being rewarded for it

* Is comfortable with basic computer systems

* Wants to build a career, not just take a job (customer service, retail, hospitality or call-centre experience is a bonus, not a must)
