Forwardrole is seeking a Head of Sales to lead a 10-person sales team and drive sustainable revenue growth across inbound and outbound channels. The role emphasizes performance, experimentation and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
You will own the sales strategy, coaching and development, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, Operations and Finance to optimise lead quality, pricing, service levels and forecasting.
