• Servicing and repairing cars and vans to the highest standards
• Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic tools and software
• Conducting mechanical repairs including brakes, clutches, gearboxes, engines, and electrical systems
• Servicing and repairing trailers as required
• Preparing vehicles for MOT inspections and presenting them for testing
• Performing roller brake testing and fault diagnosis
• Completing job cards, documentation, and parts management accurately
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe workshop environment
• Ensuring high standards of customer care, workmanship, and presentation
• Communicating with the Workshop Supervisor regarding tools and support needed

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Light or Commercial Vehicle Maintenance
• Proven experience as a Car & Van Technician with strong diagnostic skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Own tools suitable for vehicle repairs
• Self-motivated, well‑organised, and committed to high-quality work
