Warehouse Sr. Associate

Job Description Summary

Based at Resonant Clinical Services in Chorley, UK, the warehouse operative will work in a fast-paced environment. In this position you will be responsible for a variety of inbound, outbound and IT related tasks as part of our Distribution & Warehouse Operations. This role will be a full-time position (Mon – Fri, no overtime/night shifts) based on our Chorley site in Buckshaw Village.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in picking & packing, goods in & out, dispatch & returns
• Knowledge:
  Stock evaluation and inventory management
• IT
  
  Skills:
  
  Robust system skills including Outlook, Excel and SAP or ERP
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational skills with a natural flair for diligence
• Reliability and dependability
• Proactive and willing to take on a variety of tasks
• FLT licence and valid truck licence is a plus (desirable)
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job

You will direct the movement of shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage and work areas, verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment. You will examine important incoming shipments to reject damaged items and record shortages. Additionally, you will examine outgoing shipments to ensure they meet specifications, thereby improving the success of the company.
