Currently seeking a Primary Care Physician, (BC/BE) in Family Medicine for a contract role in Chowchilla, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide primary care including episodic, preventive, and acute health care to adult patients.
- Conducts histories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards.
- Develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as needed.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of medical care and monitors progress of patients.
- Maintains medical records.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine provider (MD/DO)
- 2 years minimum experience
- Valid CA License
- Current DEA Certificate
HOURS:
- 40 hours - 5, 8 hour shifts or 4, 10-hour shifts.
- Patient Load 8-12 Adults
- Pay 225.00 hourly
