Product Administrator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-oriented Product Administrator to join a busy and commercially focused product team in Christchurch.
This is a key administrative support role within the largest division of the business, providing essential coordination to the Product Manager and National Account Manager. You will play a crucial part in ensuring product information, samples and systems are managed accurately and efficiently.
This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives on being the reliable support behind successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting in-store product “washouts”, analysing competitor products, market trends and key features
* Maintaining and updating internal systems and customer portals with accurate product data
* Supporting Product Managers in managing and tracking critical paths
* Coordinating product samples and handling associated administration
* Assisting in writing product briefs and liaising with global production teams
* Preparing samples and presentations for customer meetings
* Reviewing and approving product samples to ensure quality standards are met
* Providing general administrative support across the product function

This is an administrative support role and does not involve product design or development.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous administrative experience (ideally within a commercial, product, FMCG or retail environment)
* Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive approach and willingness to support across the team
* Full UK driving licence
